Brooke Buschuk

Brooke Buschuk, MBA has a diverse range of work experience in the healthcare industry. Brooke began their career at Community Health Network in 2005, where they worked in various roles, including Program Coordinator, Medical Informatics Consultant, Application Team Lead, and Director. During their time at Community Health Network, Brooke achieved program and network strategy alignment by developing marketing and sales plans, implementing change management programs and organizational frameworks, and executing implementation phases and adoption strategies. Brooke also led the implementation of a $140 million enterprise solution, improving efficiency of patient care processes between ambulatory and acute areas of the healthcare organization. Brooke joined LCMC Health as Director of Community Connect in 2018, where they currently work.

Brooke Buschuk holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University, with a focus on Hospitality Administration. Brooke also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration from Lynn University. In addition to their academic qualifications, Brooke has several certifications including Epic Care Everywhere and EpicCare Link, obtained in February 2016. Brooke is also a certified Change Agent and holds certifications in Epic Connect: Large Affiliate, EpicCare Ambulatory Order Transmittal Masters, EpicCare Ambulatory (NVT 2017), and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, although the specific dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
