Dawn Taliancich

Dawn Taliancich has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over three decades. Dawn currently holds the position of Senior System Analyst at LCMC Health, a role they started in April 2023. Prior to this, Dawn was the Founder of OnTime Today since March 2019.

From 2020 to April 2023, they worked as an Application Analyst at University Medical Center New Orleans.

Dawn has also worked at LCMC Health previously, serving as an IT Strategic Partner for Children's Hospital from November 2016 to May 2018. In this role, they collaborated with Children's Hospital Administration, Medical Staff, and IT Shared Services to deliver Enterprise IT services while facilitating Epic organizational readiness. Dawn also acted as an IT escalation point for operational, project-related, and patient care issues.

From 2001 to 2016, Dawn worked at Children's Hospital New Orleans in various roles. Dawn served as a Radiology/Cardiology IS Coordinator from May 2014 to November 2016, responsible for the upgrade and daily operation of the Radiology's RIS/PACS/Dictation system. Dawn also held the position of Director of Research Information Services from July 2001 to September 2014, overseeing the daily operations of the Research Institute's network and staff and coordinating the implementation of a new network infrastructure.

Before their tenure at Children's Hospital, Dawn worked at the Louisiana Technology Council. In 2001, they served as the H-1B Program Director, responsible for implementing a technology training grant and developing a tracking system for reporting training metrics. From 1999 to 2001, they worked as the Director of Communications.

Prior to that, Dawn had roles at Rx Technology, Inc. as a Project Manager (1998-1999) and Zydeco Software as Corporate Sales (1996-1998). Dawn also held the position of Marketing Manager at the Louisiana Technology Council from 1994-1995.

In their early career, Dawn worked at CoWest Capital Group as a Branch Manager in 1994 and as an Executive Administrative Assistant from 1991-1994. Dawn opened a retail mortgage branch for a national investment company and successfully maintained monthly closings of $2+ million. Dawn also assisted the Chief Executive Officer of an investment banking firm by creating a tracking database for problem loans.

Dawn Taliancich pursued their education by attending Colorado State University from 1985 to 1986, where they focused on business studies. Dawn then transferred to Tulane University, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from 1986 to 1989.
