Jordon Richards has held a variety of positions in the past eight years. In 2013, they worked as a District Manager at Aldi, where they were responsible for the management of $2M in monthly sales across 4 stores. In 2014, they joined ACTIVE Network as an Account Executive, leveraging existing lead generation tools and prospecting new business opportunities. Jordon then transitioned into the role of Account Manager and maintained a multi-million dollar book of business. In 2017, they joined Micro Focus as an Enterprise Account Manager, driving Sales and Business Development efforts in Strategic Accounts. In 2018, they joined Splunk as a Regional Sales Manager and then as a Regional Sales Manager - Strategic Accounts, managing a handful of strategic accounts of top Fortune 200 companies in the DFW area. Finally, in 2022, they joined LCN Services as a Senior Client Director.
Jordon Richards attended Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing. In September 2020, they obtained a certification in Learning Cloud Computing: Public Cloud Platforms from LinkedIn.
