Nicole Hughes

Nicole Hughes is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in property management, currently serving as Senior Regional Manager and Regional Property Manager at LCOR, INC since September 2017. Hughes manages a diverse portfolio of stabilized and lease-up properties, including Wentworth, Aurora, and Cielo, among others. Prior to this role, Hughes held various management positions at The Bainbridge Companies, Equity Residential, and Archstone, demonstrating a strong ability to enhance customer relationships and drive operational efficiency. Additionally, Hughes began a successful career in retail management with Nordstrom and Ann Taylor LOFT, leading sizable teams and focusing on customer service excellence. Hughes holds a B.S. in Fashion Marketing and Management from Stephens College.
