Jimmy Rose

Jimmy Rose, P.E. has extensive experience in the engineering field, currently serving as the Manager of Transmission Line O&M Engineering at LCRA since June 2009, where responsibilities include engineering support for transmission line operations and safety analysis. Previous roles at LCRA encompass positions as Principal Engineer, focusing on large power transformers and operational compliance, and Engineering Supervisor, overseeing an Organizational Learning Program. Early career roles included Engineer in the Transmission Operations group, Program Coordinator at the University Catholic Center, and Test Engineer for natural gas pipeline compressors. Jimmy Rose holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Cockrell School of Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin.
