Spencer Burks

Spencer Burks currently serves as the Senior Director of Technology Strategy at LCRA, overseeing the organization's Enterprise Architecture function and technology selection processes. With a diverse background in strategic planning, business optimization, financial coordination, and system operations engineering, Spencer has played key roles in creating and executing enterprise-wide strategic plans, managing assessments of new business opportunities, and leading significant financial initiatives that generated substantial cost savings. Prior experience includes roles at Oncor Electric Delivery, where Spencer focused on distribution system planning. Spencer holds an MBA from Texas McCombs School of Business and a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Cockrell School of Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin.
