Theresa Noyes

Theresa Noyes, PMP®, has over two decades of experience in project analysis and geographic information systems, primarily with the Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA) since September 2002. Currently serving as an ERCOT Regulatory Analyst and previously as a Senior Project Analyst, Theresa excels in managing budgets, forecasts, and schedules while providing exceptional customer service. With extensive expertise as a Senior GIS Analyst, Theresa has led initiatives that align project objectives with organizational goals. In addition to ongoing consulting work, Theresa contributes to workforce education as a member of the Austin Community College GIS Advisory Committee and has previously taught curriculum to diverse learners. Theresa has also been active in community service, co-leading grant applications to support agricultural initiatives. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Geographic Information Science and Cartography from Texas State University and additional studies at The University of Texas at Austin.
