David Braden, SPHR, has a diverse background in human resources and account management. Starting at Express Scripts from September 2013 to August 2015, David served as an Account Manager/Pharmaceutical Benefits Specialist, managing client accounts and ensuring satisfaction and operational effectiveness. David then progressed to St. Luke's Health System from September 2015 to February 2018 as a Compensation Analyst, focusing on employee compensation programs and salary structures. Following this, David took on the role of Human Resource Business Partner at Ensign Services from February 2018 to June 2024, providing strategic coaching and training to executive leadership. Currently, David holds the position of Regional Human Resources Director at LCS, having transitioned into this role in June 2024. David earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Western Governors University between 2015 and 2017.
