David Mercugliano

David Mercugliano has over 25 years of work experience in the healthcare industry. David has held various leadership roles, including Vice President, Senior Director of Business Development at LCS and Director, National Business Development at Care Purchasing Services (CPS).

From 2014 to 2023, David served as the Sr. Vice President, Strategic Partnerships at HealthPRO Heritage, where they implemented innovative growth and diversification strategies, expanded company services across multiple states, and created partnerships between stakeholders.

Prior to that, from 2012 to 2013, they were the Executive Director at The Village at East Farms, where they successfully operated an assisted living and memory care community, achieving a sustained occupancy rate of 100% and increasing overall profitability.

David also served as the Director of Business Development at EnduraCare Therapy Management, Inc from 2009 to 2012, and as the Chief Executive Officer at New England Rehabilitation Associates from 1995 to 2012.

David Mercugliano has a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from Boston University, specializing in Public Health. David is also a Graduate of the Executive Leadership Institute from the Assisted Living Federation of America. Additionally, they are a Geriatric Clinical Specialist certified by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists. David obtained their certification as a Physical Therapist from the CT Department of Public Health in November 1991. David also holds a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (BSPT) from Boston University.
