Katie Kenny

Katie Kenny, MBA, SHRM-CP, serves as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at LCS since March 2023 and runs Elevation Professional and Interview Consulting, providing interview coaching and resume services since May 2022. With extensive experience in human resources, Katie was previously the Lead Human Resources Consultant for the Iowa Primary Care Association and held various roles in recruitment and consulting, including at UnityPoint Clinic and Make Your Mark. As a small business owner, Katie has also operated Intensity, specializing in choreography for cheerleading routines, and has experience as a competition judge for Varsity Brands. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s in Marketing/Management from Northwest Missouri State University along with an Associate of Arts in Business from Iowa Central Community College.
