Prior to that, they worked as a Corporate Director of Sales & Marketing at Lifespace Communities, Inc. from February 2022 to August 2022. From 2019 to 2022, they served as the Chief Growth Officer at Validus Senior Living. Before that, they held various roles at Brookdale from 2006 to 2018, including Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Divisional Director of Sales, and Senior Director of Sales and Marketing. Prior to their time at Brookdale, they were a Regional Manager at 12 Oaks Senior Living from 2001 to 2005, a Regional Sales Manager at Horizon Bay Retirement Living in 2000, and a Vice President of Sales at Sun Healthcare Group from 1993 to 2000.
