Rodney S. M.

Rodney S. M. has extensive experience in senior living operations, currently serving as the Corporate Operations Director for LCS since January 2021, overseeing multi-site operations across multiple senior living communities. As Executive Director at The Bayshore on Hilton Head Island from May 2019, Rodney led the startup of a luxury retirement community achieving 100% occupancy and significant annual revenue. Prior roles include Executive Director at The Arbor Company and Brookdale Concord Parkway, where Rodney successfully opened new communities and maintained high standards of resident satisfaction and operational compliance. Rodney began a career at Brookdale Senior Living as a Business Office Manager and has a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in operations from Kennesaw State University.
