Sheryl Falls

Sheryl Falls has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent position being the Human Resources Director at LD&B Insurance and Financial Services since August 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resources Manager at Harrisonburg Rockingham Community Services Board from August 2015 to August 2019. Sheryl has also worked as the Human Resources Director at Pioneer Bank from March 2009 to December 2014, and as the Benefits Manager/Team Leader at Rockingham Memorial Hospital from October 2001 to March 2009. Additionally, they held the position of HR Associate/Benefits Administrator at AIMR from October 1999 to September 2001. In 2015, they briefly served as the Human Resources Director at Bridgewater College.

Sheryl Falls holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Averett University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management from Saint Paul's College. In addition to their degrees, Sheryl has several certifications in various areas. These include being a Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) and a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP). Sheryl is also a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and holds certifications as a Global Remunerations Professional (GRP), a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), and a Society For Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
