Michael Beckham has a strong background in operations and management across various industries. Michael worked as an Investment Director at LDC, leading projects in consumer goods manufacturing, healthcare, aerospace, automotive supply, and financial services. Prior to that, they held senior management positions at Jaguar Land Rover, where they led a team in the manufacturing business excellence department and oversaw global business expansion initiatives. Michael also worked at McKinsey & Company as a Director, delivering lean performance transformations and advising clients on strategic issues. Earlier in their career, they held production management roles at Indesit Company and PSA Peugeot Citroën. Overall, Beckham has extensive experience driving operational improvements, implementing lean methodologies, and leading cross-functional teams.
Michael Beckham completed their education in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics, earning a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree from Durham University between 1995 and 1999. Michael later pursued further studies at the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from 2012 to 2015.
