Tony Walters has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the technology and business transformation sector. Tony started their career at ICAP in 1997 as the Chief Technology Officer and worked there until 2004. From 2005 to 2009, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at FLEXeNET. Tony then joined Ingram Micro as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) in 2009 and held this position until 2014. Tony subsequently worked as an interim CIO and business transformation consultant for Allied Healthcare, Brightstar Corp., and Beaulieu America. In 2018, Tony took up the role of Interim Chief Information Officer (CIO) Transformation at Netcompany. Tony continued their advisory work as an Interim Board Advisory Technology Consultant at Bright Tech in 2019 and later became a Value Creation Operating Partner / CIO / CTO / COO/ CSO at LDC in 2020.

Tony Walters attended Bacons College for an unspecified period of time. Later, they went on to study Organizational Leadership at HBBS. Tony then pursued an Engineer's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications at ISE. Finally, Tony completed a degree in Project Management from ISE as well.
