Andrew “Drew” Koven

Andrew “Drew” Koven has over 20 years of work experience. Andrew “Drew”'scareer began in 1998 as Vice President of Business Development and E-Commerce for ShopLink.com Online Grocer. In 2000, they moved on to become Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for FreshDirect. In 2001, they co-founded Geoff & Drews, where they served as Chief of 100% Satisfaction. From 2008 to 2011, they were President of E-Commerce and Customer Experience for Steve Madden. Andrew “Drew” then moved on to become Chief Marketing Officer and Chief of Digital Commerce for Melissa & Doug, LLC from 2011 to 2012. In 2012, they took on the role of Vice President of Omnichannel Retail and E-Commerce for GUESS?, Inc. From 2015 to 2017, they served as Chief Executive Officer for The Beach People. In 2017, they joined SWAGTRON as Strategic Advisor and Former President. In 2019, they became Strategic Advisor and Former Chief Transformation Officer for REEF. Most recently, they have been Co Managing Director for LDR Ventures since 2010.

Andrew “Drew” Koven has a diverse educational background. Andrew “Drew” received a B.S. in Finance, Marketing, and Economics from Syracuse University’s Whitman School of Management. Andrew “Drew” also attended the Mayanot Institute of Jewish Studies to complete their Executive Learning for Business Executives program in Jewish/Judaic Studies. Additionally, they completed the Executive Education - Fashion Retail Strategies Program at the University of Southern California. In 2023, they will begin their Rabbinical Ordination at the Online Smicha Institute for Rabbinical Studies. Andrew “Drew” also attended Poly Prep Country Day School. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications, including American Red Cross Adult, Child & Baby First Aid/CPR/AED, Understanding Bloodborne Pathogens, Water Safety Training For Parents & Caregivers, Adult CPR/AED, Basic Life Support for Healthcare and Public Safety (BLS), CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers, and Certified Professional Food Manager (CPFM).
