Gene Ushinsky

Gene Ushinsky is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and education. Currently serving as an Online Instructor and Assistant Course Lead at Ensign College since August 2022, Gene was honored with the 2023 Ensign College Excellence in Teaching Award for Online Programs. In parallel, Gene has held the role of Applications Systems Manager at SelectHealth since August 2011, overseeing application integrity and leading the adoption of future technologies. Gene's previous experience includes positions at Brigham Young University - Idaho as an Online Instructor and from January 1997 to July 2011 at Brigham Young University in various capacities including Release and Deployment Manager and Service Desks Support Manager. Gene holds an Executive MBA and a BS in Computer Science, both from Brigham Young University.
