Joshua Burt

Joshua Burt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational management. Currently serving as the Human Resource Information System Manager at Ensign College since May 2013, Joshua has held multiple roles including Manager of the International Student Office and Associate Registrar. Prior experience includes significant contributions at UPS, where key initiatives led to enhanced efficiency and compliance in safety training, and positions at several organizations such as FranklinCovey and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, focused on training and communication. Joshua holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning from Boise State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
