Michelle Rich

Michelle Rich is an experienced instructional designer with a robust background in project management and educational technology. Currently serving as the Instructional Design Manager at American Heritage School Worldwide since April 2021, Michelle leads a team focused on delivering K-12 online education. Previous roles include consulting for Ensign College and multiple positions at Pacific Gas and Electric Company and Mosaic, where Michelle designed and implemented various learning solutions, including e-learning and instructor-led training. With a Master of Arts in Instructional Technology and Learning Science from Utah State University, Michelle also holds degrees in Accounting and Early Childhood Education, complementing a diverse skill set in instructional design and corporate training.
