Giacomo Ellena

Giacomo Ellena currently serves as the Director of Bars at LDV Hospitality, overseeing the bar program across all locations globally since February 2020. Previously held roles include Bar Manager at LDV Hospitality, Head Corporate Mixologist responsible for the global cocktail program for Scarpetta, and Senior Bartender managing beverage operations at Sette London and Nolita Social. Early career experiences include bartending at Bulgari Hotels & Resorts and Lacerba, where significant cocktail techniques were developed. Additional roles as Head Bartender at Hilton Molino Stucky Venice and various bartending positions further contributed to professional growth. Giacomo holds a degree from Flair Academy Milano in bartender studies and a High School Diploma with a focus on foreign languages.
