Chef Juan Pablo Perez started his career with LDV in 2012 with the opening of American Cut’s Atlantic City location.

Today, Chef Juan Pablo is based out of the Tribeca location, where his strong connection with his team allows for a kitchen operated with dedication, passion and product integrity.

Prior to LDV, Chef Perez worked in the kitchens of Marc Forgione, BLT Prime, Laurent Toundel, Aureole and Charlie Palmer.
