Katie Broad has a strong background in operations and management. Katie started their career as a Global Scheduling Coordinator at Bingham McCutchen in 2007 and worked there until 2009. Katie then joined MARC Restaurants USA as an Operations Assistant from 2009 to 2012. Katie then worked as an Executive Assistant to the Owner at The Fireman Hospitality Group in 2012. Katie joined Le Bernardin Restaurant in 2013 as an Operations Manager and was promoted to Director of Operations in 2017 at Le Bernardin.

Katie Broad obtained their BA degree in English from Trinity College-Hartford, where they attended from 2002 to 2006.
