Rosa Alvarado is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in both pastry and savory production, currently serving as a Freelance Chef across several catering companies including FCI Catering & Events, Le Bernardin, and Yum Yum Catering Inc. Since 2012, Rosa has also been a Pastry Cook for Olivier Cheng Catering and Events, consistently preparing high-quality pastry items and training new team members.
