Rosa Alvarado is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in both pastry and savory production, currently serving as a Freelance Chef across several catering companies including FCI Catering & Events, Le Bernardin, and Yum Yum Catering Inc. Since 2012, Rosa has also been a Pastry Cook for Olivier Cheng Catering and Events, consistently preparing high-quality pastry items and training new team members. As the owner of Anaili Customized Cakes since 2009, Rosa specializes in creating personalized cakes and pastries for various events. Previous roles include Head Baker at Magnolia Bakery and Chef de Partie at Club Med, where skills in management, food preparation, and hygiene standards were demonstrated.
