Larry Ceccato has a long history in the bakery industry. Larry started as the General Manager at San Francisco Boulangerie in 1977, where they managed three bakery/cafe locations and directed bakery operations at the central plant. Larry then took on the role of Manager of Bakery Operations at La Petite Boulangerie in 1980 before becoming the Vice President of Plant Facilities & Purchasing at Le Boulanger in 1981. Their work experience demonstrates their strong leadership and expertise in bakery operations and facilities management.
Larry Ceccato attended San Jose State University from 1971 to 1976. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Arts / Polymer Technology and successfully completed it in 1975.
