Antoine GRATIEN currently serves as a member of the executive committee for CNA Normandie since December 2022 and has been the regional delegate for Paris, Normandie, and Hauts de France at le Cèdre since January 2018, facilitating the group's purchasing activities for over 12,000 members in France. Previously, Antoine managed commercial operations for IETA DESIGN, developing a clientele across sectors from 2015 to 2017, and held managerial roles at Swiss Life France from 2004 to 2014, focusing on client portfolio management and team leadership in professional insurance. Antoine began their career at Allianz France, where responsibilities included developing client relationships and marketing initiatives from 1993 to 1999, and continued to progress through roles at AGF as a junior manager until 2003. Antoine holds a law degree from Université de Rouen and an insurance diploma from Ecole d'assurance d'Allianz.
