Eddie Garcia is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in management and executive roles within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Sales Manager and Chef Consultant at Le Chef Bakery since February 2018, Eddie previously held notable positions such as Executive Chef at Guckenheimer, Avenue of the Arts Hotel & The Silver Trumpet Restaurant and Bar, and Sodexho. Furthermore, Eddie was the Food and Beverage Director at Aramark from 2010 to 2013 and has extensive experience as an Executive Chef at Bon Appetit. Eddie's culinary education was completed at Los Angeles Trade Technical, where a degree in Culinary Arts was earned from 1990 to 1992.
