Frederic Michalak is a prominent figure in the rugby community, currently serving as an assistant coach and backs coach at Racing 92 since July 2023. Frederic is also a co-founder of Un Seul Terrain, an initiative aimed at promoting sports organizations implementing eco-responsible actions. In addition to these roles, Frederic acts as president of Sport UnlimiTECH, which organizes a SporTech tour across various cities in France, and holds positions as an investor at DEIMOS and general secretary of Monaco Rugby Sevens. Frederic's longstanding association with Le Coq Sportif as a brand ambassador, along with shareholding interests in My Events Group, My Video Pro, and Blagnac Rugby, further highlights a diverse professional portfolio. Frederic has provided consultancy services to Rugby Club Toulonnais and served as a kicking coach for the Cronulla Sharks.
