Gianfranco Vargas

Gianfranco Vargas is a Fundador at Sudoliva, where Gianfranco organizes the "International Olive Oil Contest" and the "Route of the centenary olive tree in Las Américas." Gianfranco is also an Olive oil tasting teacher and researcher at Le Cordon Bleu. With a background in research and consultancy in the olive oil industry, Gianfranco has worked as a professor, cultural manager, and consultant in various companies and institutions. Gianfranco has a Master's degree in Olive oil production and has pursued additional education in Sensory Evaluation of Olive Oil.
