Marie-Pier Aubé

Marie-Pier Aubé, M. Sc - CRHA, is an experienced organizational development consultant currently working at Le Groupe Maurice since November 2022. Previously, Marie-Pier held various roles at Groupe Morneau from 2018 to November 2022, including organizational development partner, where significant projects included the implementation of a human resource information system, organizational culture change, and performance management program development. Prior experience also includes a role as HR coordinator at Global Excel Management Inc. in 2017, focusing on bilingual interview processes and reference checks. Marie-Pier holds a Master’s degree in Management Sciences with a concentration in Organizational Intervention and Change from Université de Sherbrooke and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management.
