Nicolas Angelique

Nicolas Angelique is an experienced chef pâtissier currently serving at Hilton Québec since August 2022. In addition to this role, Nicolas holds the position of chef exécutif pâtisserie at District Gourmet since February 2021 and has been working as chef pâtissier at Restos Plaisirs since June 2014. With a strong background in pastry, Nicolas brings a wealth of culinary expertise to each position.
