Daniel H. Marshall, II

Daniel H. Marshall, II has a long and impressive work history. In 2018, they began working as the Director of Ecommerce for Leachco, Inc. From 2014 to 2018, they worked as the Plant General Manager in Ada, OK for Superior Fabrication, Inc. There, they trained and managed 7 supervisors while leading a team of 80 personnel in all areas of operations, including production, safety, logistics, maintenance, and quality. Daniel H. also implemented numerous performance improvement systems, including the integration of 2 ERP systems, and reduced safety incidents by over 75%. From 2003 to 2014, they worked for the US Army Band Pershing's Own, where they held three different roles: Supply Chain and Asset Manager, Chief, Materiel and Logistics, and Supply Chain Manager. In these roles, they analyzed, developed, and implemented asset management strategies, developed and administered an integration strategy for purchasing action plans, coordinated the training and implementation of high level Supply Chain management strategies, and managed and supervised the physical accountability of $1.5M of sensitive organizational material. Finally, from 1994 to 2003, they worked as a Sergeant for the United States Marine Corps Band in Quantico.

Daniel H. Marshall, II has a diverse educational background. In 2014, they began their Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts with a focus in Business Administration and Management, General at Excelsior University, which they are expected to complete in 2021. From 2000 to 2003, they obtained an Associate of Applied Science in General Studies from Central Texas College. Daniel H. is currently enrolled in Udacity's Nanodegree program in Digital Marketing. Additionally, in June 2010, they obtained a Certificate of Completion in The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People for Managers from the American Management Association.
