Naveena Reddy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investments and construction management. Currently serving as the Head of Investments for Lead Angels and Manager of Lead Angels Fund since November 2021, Naveena Reddy also holds the position of Director at Sri Ashoka Builders and Developers, which focuses on providing luxury housing solutions in Northern Telangana. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Scientist at Biocon Research Limited and internships at Mylan Laboratories and Grasim Industries. Naveena Reddy is academically qualified with a Master of Science in Biology/Biological Sciences and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering, both from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. Higher secondary education was completed at Sri Chaitanya Junior College, focusing on Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.

Lead Angels is India’s first privately owned angel network founded by a team of three originally from IIT Bombay in 2014 with the aim of improving early stage investment outcomes. The team accomplishes this by providing professional assistance to investor-members in company evaluation and the portfolio companies in their operations. Our members are successful entrepreneurs and professionals across diverse sectors who wish to identify and support high potential entrepreneurs. The network has grown rapidly and currently has chapters in Mumbai, New Delhi, Ahmedabad, Bangalore and Hyderabad. The network also has members outside these locations both in India and abroad who have access to conference calls, videos and other collaterals.
