Harshita Pande

Harshita Pande's work experience begins with their current role as a Research Associate at LEAD, Krea University. Prior to this, they worked as a Consultant at the same company. Before joining LEAD, Harshita was a Research Assistant at the Centre de Sciences Humaines (CSH Delhi), where they worked on a project focusing on the housing market in Delhi. Harshita also has experience as a Development Apprentice at Professional Assistance For Development Action (PRADAN) and a Research Intern at Hero MotoCorp. In addition, Harshita has worked as a Student Researcher at MANJARI FOUNDATION and Foundation For Ecological Security(FES), and as a Project Assistant at EduCARE India NGO.

Harshita Pande pursued their Bachelor's degree in Economics from Delhi University, completing it between 2014 and 2017. Harshita then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Sustainable Development Practices from the TERI School of Advanced Studies, where they studied from 2018 to 2020.
