Nelson Mathews is currently working as a Senior Research Associate in Data Capture and Analytics at LEAD in Krea University. Prior to this, Nelson worked as a Research Assistant at Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL) and as a Research Associate at CMS -Social Impact Specialists. With a background in Public Policy and Governance from Azim Premji University, Nelson has experience in analyzing primary data, developing training modules, and conducting research on nutritional outcomes among tea estate supply chain workers in Assam, India.
