Vatsima Tripathi

Vatsima Tripathi has over five years of work experience. Most recently, they served as a Senior Research Associate at LEAD at Krea University starting in May 2022. Prior to this role, Vatsima worked as a Research Associate at CMS - Social Impact Specialists from October 2018 to April 2022. In 2018, they also worked as a Research Executive at India Think Council for a period of three months. Vatsima gained valuable experience as an Intern at the Development Monitoring & Evaluation Office, NITI Aayog in 2017, and as a Summer Intern at Bosch India from May to July 2017. Additionally, they completed an internship at QUEST Alliance from March to May 2017.

Vatsima Tripathi attended Delhi University from 2012 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Honors degree in English Literature. Vatsima then pursued further education at Azim Premji University from 2016 to 2018, focusing on Public Policy and Governance. In February 2019, they obtained a certification in Social Norms, Social Change I from Coursera, UNICEF, and the University of Pennsylvania.
