Courtney Weir

Courtney Weir has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Courtney began their career at American Indoor Sports Facility in 2012 as a Customer Service Representative, where they worked until 2015. Following this, they joined Lead Concepts in 2013 as an Account Manager, a role they held until 2019. From 2019 to 2021, they served as a Sales Specialist at Lead Concepts. In 2021, they transitioned to the roles of Business Analyst and Project Manager at the same company. Currently, Courtney holds the position of Director of Operations at Lead Concepts, starting in 2023. In addition to their experience at Lead Concepts, they also worked as a Coach at Dallas Texans Soccer Club in 2016 and as a Retail Salesworker at Rally House during the same year.

Courtney Weir attended Richland Community College from 2016 to 2018, studying Business/Commerce, General. Courtney did not earn a degree during this time.
