Cecilie Demkjær Schultz Pedersen

Cecilie Demkjær Schultz Pedersen is a seasoned business psychologist and chief consultant at LEAD + Enter Next Level, with extensive experience in health and safety, as well as psychosocial health, gained primarily during a decade-long tenure at IBM. During this time, Cecilie held multiple leadership roles, including Head of Health & Safety for Northern Europe & UKI, where responsibilities encompassed people management, strategy development, and advisory support for various market managers. Cecilie is recognized for expertise in stress prevention, organizational change management, and employee engagement. In addition to professional roles, Cecilie has contributed to community initiatives as a voluntary project manager for Hovedstadens Røde Kors and has been honored in the Berlingske Talent 100 list for 2021. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Copenhagen and relevant studies at Copenhagen Business School, among others.
