Jana Karr, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CEBS

Jana Karr, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CEBS, has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Jana began their career in 2000 as an HR Generalist at MKK Consulting Engineers. In 2003, they moved to Starz Encore Group, where they held the roles of Manager of Training and Human Resources Generalist. In 2004, they became an HR Representative at Water Pik, Inc. In 2008, they joined Employers Council as an HR Services Consultant and Manager of Training, Integrated Human Capital Services.

Jana Karr, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CEBS, completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Spanish Literature from UC San Diego in 1997.
