Tina Harkness, Esq., SPHR has over 20 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Tina began their career in 1998 as a Staff Attorney at Mountain States Employers Council. In 2010, they joined Employers Council as General Counsel and Director of the Northern Regional Office, and later added Information Resource Manager to their roles. In 2017, they moved to The Employers Council as Director.

Tina Harkness, Esq., SPHR holds a JD from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law, which they obtained between 1993 and 1996. Tina also holds a Bachelor's Degree in International/Global Studies from the University of Denver, which they obtained between 1989 and 1993. Additionally, they hold a SHRM-CP certification from SHRM, which they obtained in September 2015, and a SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
