Mary Laurens M. Minich, Ed.D. serves as the Chief Academic Officer at LEAD Public Schools since February 2021, previously holding the position of Director of Academics. Earlier roles include Deputy State Director for the Noble Education Initiative and Director of the Office of Charter Schools for Metro Nashville Public Schools. Additionally, Mary has experience as a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and Project Manager for Early Childhood Education with the Mayor's Office in Metro Nashville. With a solid foundation in education, Mary holds a Doctor of Education in Learning Organizations and Strategic Change from Lipscomb University, a Master's in Special Education from Vanderbilt University, and a Bachelor's in Education from Millsaps College.
