Elia Lazzeri

Elia Lazzeri is a dedicated student with a strong background in engineering and technology. Currently serving as a mentee at Lead The Future Mentorship since September 2023, Lazzeri is among the few selected Italian students benefiting from personalized guidance in STEM fields. Recently involved with the Hardware Software Codesign Academy at STMicroelectronics, Elia is gaining insights into innovations applicable to various industries, including Automotive and Aerospace. Previous experience as Technical Director and Head of the Electronics, Telecommunications, and Sensors Department at Physis PEB involved leading a team in designing and integrating systems for the Monaco Energy Boat Challenge. Collaborative work with the RSLab at the University of Trento and the European Space Agency contributed to developing software for automated recognition of satellite imagery, showcasing a commitment to impactful research. Elia is pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science Engineering and Engineering Physics at Politecnico di Milano, having previously earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering.
