Nicola Molinari

Nicola Molinari is a Research Engineer II at Bosch USA since July 2022 and previously held the title of Research Engineer I. Nicola serves as a Mentor for Lead The Future Mentorship, a nonprofit organization in science and engineering. At Harvard John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, Nicola is a Visiting Associate and Research Associate, notable for proposing and chairing sessions at APS 2020 and 2021, as well as developing a theory that significantly reduces transport calculation complexity. As Vice President of the Harvard Faculty of Arts and Sciences Postdoctoral Association, Nicola focused on advocacy and career development, launching the "Career Tuesdays" webinar series. Previous experience includes a Postdoctoral Fellow at Harvard University, where research on ionic liquid-based electrolytes led to substantial improvements in transport properties, and roles at Imperial College London, including Graduate Teaching Assistant and Warden at Selkirk Hall.
