Wen-Yen Li has a diverse range of work experience across various industries. Wen-Yen started their career as a Chief Reporter for the NCCU Uonline News, where they oversaw a team of student journalists and led investigative projects in the sports industry. Wen-Yen then worked as a Chief Reporter for the NCCU Uonline News, where they coached student journalists and received recognition for the team's work.

Li later joined THEVENT News Lab as a Data Analytics & Visualization Assistant and Social Media Engagement Manager. In this role, they analyzed data using tools like Google spreadsheets and Excel, conducted survey research, and produced news stories with infographics. Wen-Yen also designed marketing events and strategies, increasing fan numbers and interaction rates on Facebook.

Wen-Yen also wrote a business plan for establishing a local nonprofit news organization and developed an impact measurement model for non-profit participatory journalism.

Following their graduate studies, Li worked as a Product Manager Assistant and later as a Marketing Specialist at NEX Foundation. Wen-Yen contributed to the NEX Work project, managing product backlogs, conducting QA testing, and proposing solutions to enhance product user experience. Li also coordinated with the marketing team and achieved significant success in attracting job applicants and volunteer referrers from global enterprises.

Li then joined Civic Champs as a Business Analyst and UX Researcher, focusing on product analytics, data visualization, and customer engagement. Wen-Yen built BI dashboards that helped identify business development opportunities and product engagement risks.

Most recently, Li worked at Advocates for Children as a Transformation Project Manager and Data Analyst. Wen-Yen led the organization's first-ever transformation project to improve operational efficiency and service quality. Li implemented Six Sigma and Change Management approaches, interviewed stakeholders, analyzed bottlenecks, and facilitated design-thinking sessions to set up digitalized tools.

Currently, Li is a Product Manager at LeadBest Consulting Group. In this role, they collaborate with Agile teams to define product specifications, prioritize backlogs, conduct market research, and manage product launch plans and stakeholder relationships. Wen-Yen also empowers clients to iterate and sustain digital products while ensuring compliance with regulations in various fields.
