Israel Kislev began their work experience in 1999 as the VP Engineering and CTO at Gilat Satcom, where they led a team of 50 employees and managed the full service production infrastructure. Kislev focused on building and increasing the pipeline of qualified opportunities for the sales team, penetrating new regions, and establishing relationships with strategic accounts such as UN, governmental organizations, international carriers, and broadcast and cellular operators. Israel also played a role in M&A evaluation and process leading. In 2012, they joined Leadcom Integrated Solutions as the Sales/Business Development Head. Israel Kislev attended Tel Aviv University from 1989 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSC) degree in Electronics Engineering. Israel later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Marketing from Bar-Ilan University, studying from 1996 to 1999.
