Nickel Nzoko has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Nickel first worked as an Account Manager at textielstra.nl in 2012. In 2015, they joined Eurotron Instruments Benelux B.V. as a Commercieel medewerker binnendienst, dealing with importing and offering measuring instruments to reputable companies in the oil and gas industry. Nickel then moved on to Interswitch bv in 2017, where they started as a Customer Contact Advisor, providing telephone answering services, email handling, SMS monitoring, and webchat support. Later, they became a Customer Service Team Manager at Interswitch bv. In 2020, Nickel Nzoko joined LeadDesk BV as a Customer Contact Specialist, focusing on developing and supplying cloud-based software for customer service centers, back office sales, and telemarketing activities.
Nickel Nzoko completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Commerciële Economie (Sales, communicatie, marketing & management) from Hanzehogeschool Groningen / Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen.
