Doug Couch

Doug Couch has over three decades of experience in management and labor relations, currently serving as the Director of Employee and Labor Relations at Leadec since June 2002. Prior roles at Leadec include Director of Labor, Labor and Strategy Project Manager, Regional Manager, and Facility Manager, with the most recent assignment at the Ford Louisville Assembly Plant. Prior to joining Leadec, Doug Couch held managerial positions at Aramark and Sodexho, and served as General Manager at Bob Evans Farms. Doug Couch also has a military background as a Sergeant in the US Army, specializing as a Tank Turret Technician at Ft Hood, Texas.
