Katrin Tripps

Katrin Tripps has had a diverse work experience in the field of talent and development. Currently, Katrin holds the position of Head of Global Talent & Development at Leadec. Prior to that, Katrin worked at WAREMA Renkhoff SE as a Referentin, and at IBM as an Intern. Katrin also had internships at aperio Organisationsberatung & Coaching, AUDI AG, and Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg. Katrin obtained their Diplom in Psychology from The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg.
