Taj Jefferson possesses extensive experience in business development and facility management, currently serving as the New Business Development: Facility Management Site Leader at Leadec since January 2018, where safety, P&L, HR, operations, and sales responsibilities have led to significant contract expansion and consistent sales growth. Previously, Taj held leadership roles at Green Solutions Pro as a founding partner, at 1EarthOp as VP of Business Development, and at Pentair and General Motors in various supply chain and operational capacities. Educationally, Taj holds a Master's degree in Manufacturing Operations from Kettering University and a Bachelor's degree in Community Health from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Recognized for fostering safety and growth, Taj has achieved zero injuries and has actively contributed to cultural development in teams.
