Richard Brauer

Richard Brauer has extensive experience in human resource and operation management, with a focus on driving organizational effectiveness and delivering value-added change. Richard is currently the President of Blue Skies USA, where Richard helps small businesses develop their workforces through the Blue Skies USA Talent Management System. Richard is also the President and Founder of Brauer Organizational Development Company, and serves as the Leader Dog Client & Spokesperson at Leader Dogs for the Blind. Additionally, Richard has held various roles at American Maplan Corporation dba Battenfeld-Cincinnati USA, including Director of Organizational Development and Director of Human Resources.
