Hiten Shah

Hiten Shah has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Hiten began their career as a Senior Technical Support Representative at Dell in 2002, providing resolutions for managing Dell systems for the Consumer segment in the U.S. After that, they worked at IBM India Private Limited as a Senior Systems Engineer, troubleshooting issues related to IBM systems and providing resolutions for the Internal Consumer segment. Hiten also worked as a Network Administrator at IBM, handling wireless connectivity and server issues.

In 2006, Hiten joined Trigent Software Inc as a Senior Business Analyst, Project Manager, Coordinator, Test Lead, and Quality Analyst. Hiten served in this role until 2019 and then transitioned to become an External Consultant and Senior Business Analyst until 2020.

In 2020, Hiten joined Dash Technologies Inc as the Practice Head of Business Analysts, leading the Business Analysis practice until 2021. Currently, they are the Head of Business Analysis at Leader Investment Group - LIG, a position they have held since 2021.

Throughout their career, Hiten has gained expertise in areas such as business analysis, project management, coordination, testing, quality analysis, network administration, and technical support.

Hiten Shah obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Dr.Ambedkar Institute of Technology from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in data science, Python, Tableau, big data, project management, business analysis, and IoT from institutions such as Techcanvass, 365 Data Science, KnowledgeHut, Simplilearn.com, Microsoft Virtual Academy, Cisco, Indian Institute of Science, and ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board.
